Returns & Exchanges Policy

To protect product integrity and comply with hygiene standards, Crown Care maintains a strict and clearly defined return and exchange policy.

Eligibility for Returns

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Items must be:

  • In original packaging

  • Unused and unopened

  • Not removed from original bundle or wig packaging

  • Not washed, combed, finger-combed, brushed, or installed

  • Not bleached, colored, chemically processed, or heat-damaged

  • Not altered or tampered with in any way

Items that do not meet these requirements will be rejected and returned to the customer.

How to Request a Return

Email us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Include clear photos of the product in its original packaging for verification.

If approved, return instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

If a return shipment is lost in transit, the responsibility remains with the sender, not Crown Care.

Store Credit Only

All approved returns are issued as store credit only.

Refunds to the original payment method are not available.

Please allow up to 5 business days after the return is received at our warehouse for store credit to be issued.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, the original item must be returned for store credit first.

Once store credit is issued, a new order may be placed.

Product Damage Disclaimer

Crown Care is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Improper installation

  • Over-processing, bleaching, coloring, or chemical treatments

  • Hairstylist error or misuse

Professional installation and chemical services are strongly recommended.
