Processing times may be extended during sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled or refunded, as processing begins immediately. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $250 (standard shipping only)
Delivery timelines do not include weekends, holidays, or order processing time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.
You may track your shipment at any time through the “Track Your Order” page on our website.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Crown Care is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
If a package is marked as “delivered” but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Crown Care is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
